Return & Shipping Policy
Items can be returned for store credit only (in the form of a gift card).
Returns for unworn, unwashed, unwashed, undamaged merchandise (with all tags attached where applicable) will be accepted within 14 days of purchase.
Sale items, custom items, jewelry & accessories are final sale.
Rivers' Rustic Designs, LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns.
Due to our limited quantities, we cannot guarantee an exchange in the exact same merchandise. Store credit may not be applied to shipping costs, nor will store credit be applied to an order before we have received the return merchandise.
Shipping: Shipping is typically 1-2 business days (M-F excluding holidays) from the time you make your purchase for in stock items. Preorders ship on average 2-3 weeks (business days) from the time the order closes. Please do not combine in stock items and preorder items to avoid delays. If preorder are combined with in stock items, they will ship with the preorder ship date.
Cash refunds are not issued. Once returned to us within the 14 day time frame, we will issue a store credit. Shipping is non-refundable, unless of course, we made a mistake. Due to our limited quantities, we cannot guarantee an exchange in the exact same merchandise. Store credit may not be applied to shipping costs, nor will store credit be applied to an order before we have received the return merchandise.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any "re-routing", carrier delays, lost or stolen shipments by the carrier once the package leaves our store.
